Note: You must have Owner Level access to the Arreya account in order to perform the following steps
Yes you can transfer account ownership. To transfer account ownership, just follow these easy steps.
1. Sign into your Arreya Dashboard and click on Management.
2. From the drop-down, click on Users.
3. Inside of Users, click on the green “+New Users” button to bring up the New User window.
4. When the New User window pops up, go ahead and fill out the needed information for the new Owner. After adding everything that they are going to need, click “Add User” to get them added
5. Once your new owner is added you should be all set. If you need to delete an old Owner, sign in as the new Owner and click Delete on the old one.
You will need to be the account owner for these screens to appear when you log in. If you are not the account owner, please contact them to update the card information. To change card billing log into your account and click on Subscription under the Management tab. From there you will need to click on Add Card and input your current card information. Once entered, click “Add Card” and it will change the card billing on the account.
Log in and click on Management
Click on Subscription
Once in your Subscription page, click on +Add Card
Add in the card information on the Add Card Screen and then click on Add Card button
Setting up a private channel and users:
Log in to your Arreya Manager at https://[yourchannel].arreya.com/login
Click grey [ Channel Name] drop down at the top right of the screen
Select [Create & Manage Channels] from the drop-down choices
For the desired channel, click the toggle switch in the Private column to toggle between a Private and Public channel
In the navigation menu at the top, click [ Management] then [ Users]
Click the green [ + New User] button to add a user
Fill in the Name, Email, and Password If you wish to support Single Sign On for the user, check the boxes for Google or Microsoft Azure SSO depending on which you which so support.
Choose the desired role for the new user. Remember:
Owner has full access to everything
Admin can change passwords, add channels, and make changes to billed features
Manager has access to content and can add new viewers
Viewer can only view the channel
Be sure to Check the active checkbox
Click the [ Add User] button
The new user should now appear in the list
Notice under the actions column, the user can be disabled, preventing them from being able to log in at any time
If the user is enabled, the provided email and password will be able to log into your arreya account. If you have a private channel, you can share it with users without needing to create users for everyone. Check the instructions here!
