Common trouble shooting to try before contacting support
• Refresh your device in the Arreya Dashboard.
• Restart your device in-person, or remotely via Admin Console.
• Verify that the display is turned on and set to the proper input.
• Make sure cables (HDMI, Power, Ethernet, etc) are plugged in and secure.
• Confirm the internet is working and the device is connected to the network.
