No. Your Arreya subscription has no obligation and you can cancel at any time. We don’t want to see you go and would love to work with you to give you a reason to stay with us. However if you feel like you want to cancel your service, you can. To stop your service at any time, remove your Credit Card from the Payment Methods section under Management > Subscription. To cancel your service immediately, please give us a call at (319) 294-6671 and we’ll assist you with your cancelation.
As your trial progresses, we will keep in touch with you via email. You can sign up for your Arreya service at any time during your trial. Once your trial is finished, your account will be put on hold and your Devices will be disabled. We will keep your Channel for up to 30 days.
To activate your Channel, enter your credit card information on the welcome screen or go to Management > Subscription and click [Add Card] to enter your info.
