If you have lost or forgotten your channel name there is an alternative place you can log in from.
Navigate to here and enter your login credentials. This will log you in and redirect you to your main channel.
Alternatively, you could locate your welcome email from Arreya Digital Signage or find an invoice as the name of your main channel will be on that as well. To log in with your main channel the URL should be <yourchannelhere>.arreya.com/login .

Your new channel is now created. As the owner, you have control of the new channel. Click “Login” on the new channel and log in with your existing username and password. After that, you will be logged in to the new channel and you can add users as needed. Additional channels do not have a trial period. You are billed for the subscription when the channel is created.
Click the red [Delete] button next to the channel you would like to remove
Click [OK] on the confirmation – WARNING – THIS CANNOT BE UNDONE – DATA WITHIN THE CHANNEL WILL BE DELETED – THERE IS NO WAY TO RESTORE A DELETED CHANNEL
The channel is now removed.
Note: This can only be done for sub channels, you’ll need to remove your your Credit Card in order to stop your channel’s billing. Email (support@arreya.com) or call (319)294-6671 to cancel or suspend your account.
