Log in to the account where the device is currently paired – https://yourchannel.arreya.com/login
At the top navigation bar, click [Devices]
Click [Delete] and then [Ok] to confirm deleting the device
The device will return to the pairing screen, presenting a new 4 digit code. Tip: If you are using Chrome Device Management with manual pairing, you can use CDM to take a screenshot of a remote device and retrieve the 4 digit pairing code.
Add the device to the new channel
Log in to the new account for the device – https://theotherchannel.arreya.com/login
At the top navigation bar, click [Devices]
Click [+ Add Device]
Enter a name for the device, and the 4 digit pairing code displayed on the screen of the device you’d like to pair
Click [Add Device!]
Your new device will show in the list below the map
Your new channel is now created. As the owner, you have control of the new channel. Click “Login” on the new channel and log in with your existing username and password. After that, you will be logged in to the new channel and you can add users as needed. Additional channels do not have a trial period. You are billed for the subscription when the channel is created.
Click the red [Delete] button next to the channel you would like to remove
Click [OK] on the confirmation – WARNING – THIS CANNOT BE UNDONE – DATA WITHIN THE CHANNEL WILL BE DELETED – THERE IS NO WAY TO RESTORE A DELETED CHANNEL
The channel is now removed.
