In this article we will cover how to insert a video input or live TV into your Arreya digital signage content. Video inputs work at the device level, and will require hardware for each media player.
What you will need
- Supported media player (Chromebox, Chrome OS flex, etc.)
- USB capture card that supports generic webcam driver
- Video source (cable box, video camera, dvd player, etc.)
- Arreya webcam widget subscription
Hardware setup
- Connect your capture card to the USB port on your Chromebox
- Connect your video source to the capture card
