Quick Steps:
Log in to your Arreya Manager at https://[yourchannel].arreya.com/login
Click [Channel Name] at the top right of the screen
Select [Create & Manage Channels] from the drop-down choices
For the desired channel, click the toggle switch in the Private column to toggle between a Private and Public channel
Yes. All sensitive information you provide is encrypted in our databases. SSL is required to access our application with your browser. Communications with external services are also encrypted. Our payments are operated by Stripe™, we do not store or access your credit card information.
As your trial progresses, we will keep in touch with you via email. You can sign up for your Arreya service at any time during your trial. Once your trial is finished, your account will be put on hold and your Devices will be disabled. We will keep your Channel for up to 30 days.
To activate your Channel, enter your credit card information on the welcome screen or go to Management > Subscription and click [Add Card] to enter your info.
Finding the best screen for Arreya Digital Signage software is easy, because most screens will work with the addition of a Chromebox. However, for maximum display functionality there are some things to consider. Chrome devices work beautifully with our software subscription. In the same token, older screens from other manufacturers can be retrofitted to work, when the budget for new hardware is not available.

We recommend 1080p resolution for all displays
For a screen to be powered by Chrome device, an HDMI input is required
To take advantage of Arreya’s interactive capabilities, a touchscreen is required
Also note that Arreya can be viewed on any device with an internet browser. That means that your channel can be viewed on phones, tablets, and personal computers for no additional cost.
