Enhancements have been made to the device management page of Arreya:
On the top right of the “My Devices” report you can now filter your list of devices by online status (online/offline) and date (past week, past month, past 3 months, past 6 months, and past year). • To remove the filters for the device report you can either select the option “None” in the filter, or click the “X” icon next to the filter in the purple badge . • Above the filter you can export the list of devices paired to your channel to a CSV file. • On the top left of the report it will show you an aggregate of the number of devices online and offline based on the date and time filters.
If you know your Arreya password, but would like to change it you can follow these simple steps to change your password.
Log in to Arreya Manager.
You will be brought to the My Channel tab of the Arreya Manager. At the Top left you’ll see a list of a few different tabs we can move to. Click on the Management tab and then click on Users in the drop down menu that appears.
From the Users page you should be able to see all active users on the channel. Find a user with your email address and username and click the Edit button on the right.
An Edit User screen will appear. Simply type in the new password you would like in the password text field and hit Update User at the bottom. You will now be able to log in next time with your new password.
If you have forgotten your password or how to log in, the log in screen will be at yourchannelname.arreya.com/login
At the bottom left of the white box should be a Forgot Password link, as shown below.
Enter your Email address and hit the green Email Me button.
Check your Email for an email from no-reply@arreya.com. If you don’t see it please check your spam folders. Follow the link inside to set a new password.
Enter your new password and click Update Password
You should now be able to log in to Arreya normally.
