SMS / 10DLC Terms & Conditions

Last updated: June 19, 2026

These terms describe how Arreya's text messaging program works, including how to opt in, how to opt out, and how we handle your mobile information.

Program Description

These SMS Terms & Conditions ("SMS Terms") govern your participation in text messaging programs offered by Presentations, Inc., d/b/a Arreya ("Arreya," "we," "us"). Arreya uses an Application-to-Person (A2P) 10DLC messaging program to send SMS and MMS messages to mobile numbers in the United States that have provided consent.

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to receive recurring informational and promotional text messages from Arreya, such as account notifications, support responses, sales follow-ups, appointment reminders, and product updates.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with Arreya and the programs you opt into. By opting in, you understand that messages may be sent on a recurring basis.

Opt-Out Instructions

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from that program. If you want to rejoin, simply opt in again as you did initially.

Help & Support

If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, reply HELP for assistance, or contact us directly using the information below. You can also reach our team during business hours for any questions about your messages.

Carriers & Delivery

Supported carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider and is not guaranteed by Arreya. Carriers are not responsible for the content of messages.

Privacy

Mobile information collected through our SMS program — including phone numbers and consent records — is used to operate the messaging program and is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal information. Mobile opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes, and phone numbers collected for SMS are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. The most current version posted on our website supersedes all previous versions. Your continued participation in the messaging program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
