This Acceptable Use Policy sets out the rules for using the Arreya digital signage service so it stays safe, lawful, and reliable for everyone.

Overview

This Acceptable Use Policy (the "Policy") governs the use of the Arreya digital signage software, websites, applications, and related products and services (collectively, the "Arreya Service") provided by Presentations, Inc., d/b/a Arreya ("Arreya," "we," "us"). This Policy is incorporated into and supplements the Terms of Service and Subscription Agreement.

By accessing or using the Arreya Service, you agree to comply with this Policy. We may update this Policy at any time, and the most current version posted on our website supersedes all prior versions.

Prohibited Content

You may not use the Arreya Service to create, upload, publish, transmit, or display any content that:

  • Is unlawful, defamatory, libelous, obscene, pornographic, harassing, threatening, or hateful;
  • Infringes any patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret, or other intellectual property or proprietary right of any party;
  • Violates the privacy or publicity rights of any individual, including the unauthorized display of personal information;
  • Constitutes protected health information under HIPAA, except where you have obtained all required authorizations and have a separate agreement permitting such use;
  • Contains personal data of individuals protected by the GDPR or similar laws without the required consents;
  • Promotes illegal activity, violence, or discrimination based on protected characteristics; or
  • Contains any virus, malware, or other harmful or malicious code.

Prohibited Activities

When using the Arreya Service, you agree that you will not:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Arreya Service, other accounts, or any systems or networks connected to the service;
  • Use the service to transmit unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, spam, or other forms of solicitation;
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Arreya Service, including through denial-of-service attacks or excessive automated requests;
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the software, or attempt to discover its source code or underlying structure;
  • Resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit the service except as expressly permitted by your agreement with Arreya;
  • Use data mining, robots, scrapers, or similar tools to extract data from the service or its users; or
  • Use the service in any manner that violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.

Your Responsibility for Content

You are solely responsible for all content you create, upload, schedule, or display through the Arreya Service ("Customer Content"), and for ensuring you have all rights, licenses, and consents necessary to use that content. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including activity by your authorized users.

Enforcement & Suspension

Arreya may investigate any suspected violation of this Policy and may remove or disable content, and suspend or terminate accounts, that we believe violate this Policy or the Terms of Service. We may cooperate with law enforcement authorities in investigating suspected unlawful activity. We are not obligated to monitor content but reserve the right to do so.

A violation of this Policy may be treated as a material breach of your Subscription Agreement, which may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access without refund, in addition to any other remedies available to Arreya.
