Q: What is the price per screen?
A: Arreya does NOT charge per screen. You pay our one subscription fee which plays the content onto however many screens you want. Our pricing method saves our clients hundreds on per device fees that they would be paying for with our competitors.
Q: If I would like live training on how to use the design software, how much does that cost?
A: It does not cost anything. Moreover one-on-one free demos and trainings are included with your Arreya Digital Signage subscription.
Q: With my old signage system I had to pay a support contract. What does it cost to talk to technical support if I need help?
A: There are no additional fees for talking with support. Call or email us whenever you have any issues with the Arreya design software or your digital signage or hardware for quick answers and solutions.
Q: I don't have the time to design digital signage content. Is that something Arreya can do for me?
A: Yes! Arreya proudly boasts the ability to create designs catered to your specific digital signage needs for you. This means that pricing for content design is case-by-case, based on the scope of the project at hand. To learn more Contact us for custom quotes.
Q: Will I have to pay more money to add other users, make content updates, or create content?
A: Unlike many of our competitors adding more users, making content updates, and creating content are all INCLUDED in the monthly subscription. Moreover adding and managing users comes at no additional cost.
Q: If I upload video and images to play on my digital signage will I have to pay for additional media storage?
Arreya provides you with an unlimited media gallery included in your subscription fee so you can load as many files as you need. To clarify the only limit is on the file size of your media (a single file cannot be over 2 GB).
Q: If Arreya ends up not working for my company, am I bound to a contract?
A: Digital signage subscriptions with Arreya are on a monthly basis, and you can cancel your subscription at any time with no penalty, making management and payment simple. Also your subscription will end 30 days after your final payment.
