DISCONTINUED 10/1/2019 – Chrome Kiosk Management (CKM) is an annual web based admin console you license from Google to remotely manage your Chrome device hardware for digital signage and kiosk, not for workstations. A annual Chrome license is a 1 year management license for the device it is enrolled too. CKM allows a Chrome device to be set into Single-purpose Kiosk App Mode which keeps your digital signage locked to only play your Arreya channel and will automatically return to your Arreya channel if the device is turned off or loses connection. No worries about unwanted hijacking of your display to access other websites or having address bars on your digital signage. The Chrome Kiosk license is a low cost option great for digital signage and kiosk installations. From your Google admin console, the license allows remote management of the device, along with managing device policies, network configurations and app management. The Kiosk license doesn’t allows for user policy management and doesn’t allow public session mode on the device. This license is not for devices used as workstations. If you encounter a hardware issue and need to replace a device, you can transfer the subscription to another device of the same model (or equivalent manufacturer-provided replacement). You can’t transfer a subscription to a device in another Google domain.

For Annual Terms-All licenses within a single Google domain are co-termed with a common renewal date. For Google Chrome Kiosk Management Licenses which are purchased during an existing annual term, your final invoice will be adjusted (or a partial refund will be issued for prepaid orders within 5-10 business days) to reflect only the number of months remaining in your annual term. Renewal of licenses must occur prior to expiration date or all devices will need re-enrolling manually.
