In August 2021, Google made changes to their API that Arreya uses to communicate with Google Sheets. This means you may have experienced blank widgets or widgets that won’t update on your digital signage. While no action will be necessary in Arreya, you will need to update how your Google sheet is shared in order for Arreya to begin updating again.

In order to get your sheets back up and running you’ll need to enable sharing on the sheet, and update sharing permissions to ‘Anyone with the link’. Once this has been done, Arreya will automatically start receiving data again within a few minutes.
