Step 2: Arreya Ticket Review
A LIVE Arreya tech support agent reviews and triages each ticket and inquiry. Arreya Care subscribers are prioritized ahead of Standard customer tickets in the queue.

Step 3: Resolution
Paid Arreya Care subscribers receive resolution within 24-hours via email or a LIVE call. Standard customers receive e-mail only resolution within 48-hours.
